Communication!! Hold people accountable. Back up a person or at least investigate when they are having issues with workers not doing their jobs properly.

CSRs at our facility make a lot of decisions that a DSR, dockworker, FOS or even a SCM won't make. We work harder because others aren't working smarter, following procedures or taking shortcuts to get their shift done.

Mgr/Sprvr doesn't hold people accountable to get things to run smooth. Too many ideas/agendas to just get their shift done-not following procedures. Too much pushing trailers thru just because they don't have time to pull off a shipment that needs to be held at their facility.Too many MOVRs create
