
When something bad happens everyone stops acting like a petulant child and we band together and support one another regardless of our differences. If anyone gets hurt or sick or needs help, we jump in.

The work load just keeps increasing. Our raises got dropped last year, our vacation and PTO hours didn't reset this year. It seems like the CEO is cutting costs to increase his pockets and doesn't care about the people on the bottom of his totem pole.

We are just expected to be okay getting handed more and more work and to cover what would be a job for a whole person because we don't have the staff to cover. What would make me feel better is getting a higher pay for all the extra work throughout my shift.

Half of them need an attitude readjustment. We are supposed to be a team but the morning crew that's been there for over 2 years have formed a little clique that makes it uncomfortable for anyone who's not one of them. And management allows it by promoting them regardless how they treat others

Hiring as we expand. We have grown so much in the past year but we haven't gotten enough employees to balance out the work load so everyone is doing more but we aren't getting fully compensated for it. It's extra work but we didn't get a raise last year when the company made more than ever before.
