It has been a long difficult road. Things can go from great to horrible in a split second. Job security is non existent in client services. We are the companies front line however our worth is easily discarded if a client becomes unhappy, usually due to ops issues.

My bosses boss is easy to talk to. They seem to be earnest in trying to understand what it is we do.

They are all go getters. For the most part, we are in this together. There are other teams though who are still in a silo and make it hard to work with them.

Diversity. Zenith is not yet as transparent as it should be however. Changes occur with little input from the people who are actually in the weeds or on the other side of the punching bag.

For me, its driving by which Fund I am focused on for the day and which team I get to work with. There are some long term staff members that need coaching on soft skills. They can be unbearable to work with, and have such intense tunnel vision and cannot see anything outside their scope of work.
