We are experiencing the same (or similar) office stress and care about how each person is handling things.

Being able to do my job well. Knowing the deadlines, meeting them, working with people all over (through the trusts I work on). Doing what it takes to make things work out well, correctly.

'Leadership' (above my supervisor) needs to be aware of their employees' work loads, and processes. Mgmt should be pro-active, not re-active. 'Emergencies' (or 'fires') happen so often they've become commonplace. Prioritizing WITH employees' workloads are a must to decrease employee stress.

The best I can say is how it feels everyone knows ultimately what our work is about - helping others outside of Zenith. Managing pensions, working with claims, etc. I consider it to be an honor to help others in a capacity i'm knowledgeable of.

Too much stress related to workload and favoritism within the workplace. Hire another position or two due to addt'l workload with new clients. Don't play favorites with schedules, and follow their own statements as to said schedules, for all employees on the team, not just some.

We are truly a team. Each one cares about the others on the team. Even with those who are now working remotely, you can feel the camaraderie. They are a fantastic group of people to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to help when needed.

Union - we had to fight to be brought up to 'range' within Washington State, but we're still at the low end. For the amount of work and the stress of the work we have to do (brought on mostly by the trusts), pay should be higher. There are times when stress does NOT get outweighed by the salary.

We had to fight for our union contract increase to bring us up to the low end of wages for our area. We are asked to do more than 1.0 FTE of work, leads to stress and anxiety. To feel more valued, hire more people to take some weight off our shoulders. And don't fight our next Union Negotiations.
