I'm coming from a bigger annual income so It wouldn't be fair if I give my opinion on it because I wouldn't see the good part
I been in other centers and there is more professionalism everywhere except in Centerville, CENTERVILLE NEED HELP, need a lot of trainings to practice some professionalism in every aspect of the job.
Leadership need to get better at taking employees complain serious, they also need to make sure they hired people with ethics and values. Leadership do not need to force 2 individuals getting along when there has been enough disrespectful situations that make both feel uncomfortable.
There seem to be an big problem in the filter of hiring, I personally have a terrible coworker in Centerville Acelero, a person mature enough in age (50's) but extremely immature, always looking for fights/drama/screams/put is speaker phone everyone all day. Is almost unbelievable, so unethical.
I used to be very motivated when I started my job there, but now, it seems a dark cloud on my head, because the only professional person in that center was place to grand ave, now CENTERVILLE is just a high unethical and unprofessional place to be, the fact that no one cares is very unmotivated.
