Promotions arent merit based from what I can gather. They also arent actually based on prior performance. They appear to be politically based or sometimes depend on nepotism. The pay is very low compared to competitors. They will let you work from home which is nice.

Interview people who are qualified. If they dont get the job, tell them why.

Better HR department. There didnt seem to be an HR dept by the time I left. They never interviewed me or asked why I left. Need to listen more to employees and fix thr broken culture.
