The local leadership team is very staff-oriented and appreciative of efforts. We have no direct contact with the corporate executives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not huge but is competitive in this area

The PTO paid time off days are the highest out of any Co. I have been with Allstate 3yrs and I already have 35 paid days off

allstate matches 80 cents for every dollar up to 5% in my 401k, and has great tuition reimbursement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A performance management system gear to make it hard to be rated effective once you are paid pest a mean salary typically forcing out mid-level employees political collections 10 to get you promoted as the only way to actually be compensated fairly over the years
