We have no benefits, and we are lowest paid insurance agents in our area.

Make the process only one day long. It’s a lot more effective. There is no reason it should take 2-3 weeks to interview.

Change the management right away.

Long hours, no access to truly help the customer. Just canned responses.

They are overcharging and no one wants to pay for it. They claim they are a “premier” company, but they say horrible things about other companies. GEICO always said to give the upmost respect to other companies even if they’re competing. Each day they tell you expect that we will be more expensive.
