
The culture is fake. People constantly lie to you to make believe something greater.
They need to commit to things they tell employees. The constant lying and “forgetting” is really demoralizing.
Team meetings felt useless. They didn’t help. Just felt like another opportunity for a manger to be disappointed if you weren’t perfect.
Make the process only one day long. It’s a lot more effective. There is no reason it should take 2-3 weeks to interview.
They are overcharging and no one wants to pay for it. They claim they are a “premier” company, but they say horrible things about other companies. GEICO always said to give the upmost respect to other companies even if they’re competing. Each day they tell you expect that we will be more expensive.
