I enjoyed the online aspect, everything about applying up to the actual interview phase itself is all super easy, and during the interview they ask you questions meant to teach at the same time.

I like that the leadership team is more like a leader than a boss, and instead of belittling you for making a mistake they help you see where the error was, and how to fix it.
