What do you like best about the leadership team?
Show recognition more than most companies but always seem to put you down for human error in my retail location. They also play favorites.. you could tell by the way they act when certain people come around.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair salary and good PTO

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages were poor even when moving a lot of product and benefits are a joke at best

Bilingual employee who works in multiple areas (FT - HT applicant but mostly scheduled in computing and truck) of the store and gets multiple customer compliments. Definitely put in more effort as an employee to help the store then management does.. just looking for that quarterly bonus.

We work together very well but some of us tend to be a little more on the rude side to eachother

The Co Workers stick together but management drives a divide between them in hopes they quit so they can pay a lower salary

Everything can go wrong and management always sides with customers who scream at you for no reason
