It was great at first.. but the good times end. Management could do a lot better. Barely got trained. Worked since nov and still havent gotten my certification. Meanwhile I do truck shifts, home theater shifts and computing shifts. Great at selling. Especially with the little training given to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to speak to the 3 managers in charge. Helped ease me in and made me feel comfortable
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together very well but some of us tend to be a little more on the rude side to eachother
What makes you most happy at work?
Used to be really happy at work but now i barely work in the department im supposed to be in. After this job im giving up on retail.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always trying to find the best possible solution for a customers needs however till managers start yelling on the walkie telling us to move on to a new customer
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Show recognition more than most companies but always seem to put you down for human error in my retail location. They also play favorites.. you could tell by the way they act when certain people come around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bilingual employee who works in multiple areas (FT - HT applicant but mostly scheduled in computing and truck) of the store and gets multiple customer compliments. Definitely put in more effort as an employee to help the store then management does.. just looking for that quarterly bonus.
