What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand what it takes to develop an employee and set a path for success in whichever direction in the company the employee wanted to go. I followed my manager from the time he hired me as seasonal to System Designer of Magnolia and Designer of best buy

We have really good health insurance coverage. There are also smaller benefits that are great like discounts with major mobile service providers, which really save us money.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher rate of hourly wage; both permanently and at this moment (summer of 2022) a cost of living increase to match the cost of gasoline used to commute.

Distinct difference in uniform shirt color and style between highly capable Designers and Consultants as opposed to clerk level advisors.
