Overall, I really like the people, the pace, the mission and how we are treated as employees. Every company has it's challenges but my experience with Best Buy has been great.

We are super collaborative and have each other's backs.

Everyone I talked to was very direct and what they told me about the job is true.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's fun - the pace is good but not crazy and I get to try new things all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are the #1 reason. I like my work too but without the people, it wouldn't be as great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really good health insurance coverage. There are also smaller benefits that are great like discounts with major mobile service providers, which really save us money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team asks us to work hard but not crazy ridiculous hard. They truly support work-life balance which, actually, makes me want to work harder for them :)
