Coworkers need to be shown by management that there are limits on how they can treat each other. I am tired of seeing on a daily basis individuals acting completely opposed to our company goals, treating coworkers badly, but having no consequences to create incentives for change.

Managing their employee relations. If you focus only on the company bottom line by ignoring big negative issues going on in your workforce, it leads to good, dedicated workers choosing to leave the company who otherwise would have stayed. BFS has to pay to train new people, and the cycle continues.
