Within my career, I have held several positions within the company. I am pretty happy where I am now and I look forward to the day to day interactions with my work family and my clients. we never know what the next day may bring. We have to appreciate today and do our best to help all we can.

I have worked with several of them for a very long time. We get to know each other personally and I feel that helps strengthen the work relationship as well.

Being with the company for more than 15 years, they should pay a bit better than current "market value" after all, at this point, it is a career and not just a job. We have people starting at more that what some 10 year employees are making.
