We have developed a very pleasant/happy atmosphere in our office and amongst our Sales Teams. No one takes themselves too serious; and we have a joking atmosphere with ALL.

I do not like being capped on my earning potential; especially if I work harder and are way more influential to the bottom line than some of over-paid OSRs; who I could outsell if i had too.
