I started my career at BFS almost a year ago with the intent of staying only a short period but decided to stay because of the atmosphere. We are a great team and anyone willing to work hard and be a productive part of the team has an equal chance for advancement to even leadership positions.

I get all of my medical, dental, and vision from tricare but I do like the option of changing to BFS plans if needed.

My management team is very employee focused and attempts to keep everyone that is hired on. They treat everyone fair and impartial and for this reason we have a great group that really likes working for BFS.
