Can be challenging but rewarding at the same time. I am of retirement age, healthy and enjoy working and being around people. No anticipation of retirement at this time, as long as health holds up.

Has to be the benefits. Having worked in this area I know how tough it is to develop good packages and maintain a balance between wages and benefits.

I believe their attentiveness to individual team members and location needs are excellent. Will always give direct answers to questions, and take time to do so. Also, leadership by example.

We are a diverse group, both in administration and plant floor. We enjoy camaraderie throughout the day, and we are always ready to back each other up as well as help the team be successful.
