Well, I was good until this survey. The title of this survey is "BFS Veteran Survey - Comparably" and this has NOTHING to do with being a veteran here or what the company does for veterans. This was, without a doubt, a waste of time and misleading. Be more respectful in your asks.

I get to bring my experience, from what I used to help other companies successfully deploy new products and teams, here to BFS to help do the same. It is great to mentor those who are hungry for knowledge in order to help advance their careers and sometimes, personal life.

Matches the countries average for the role I am in. Responsible Time Off is a TBD. Not happy with all the time I previously accrued. Would like to have been compensated for that since I wasn't allowed to take much time off and use my PTO because of competing priorities by leadership.
