I'm happy to work at BFS. I just think there needs to be changes where people are let to do what the want with not being held accountable. Also people are given special teatment and that is not good for another emplyee to see that. I belive if the correct people was put in the correct positions the

I have always enjoyed the construction trade so I'm always happy to see what each day challage brings.

I'm happy with all right now but I really like the motus with being head of labor that package is great from other places I have worked. I do not us much vacation time but that package is great also and good for when looking to hire a new supervisor.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
There is only a few that are not professional and rude. There is one that is a salesman that is rude and gets special treatment since he sells good and we need sales. I think that just gives someone to say I can get what I want when I want and is not fair to others.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
They need to hold people accountable and the ones that need held accountable. There seams to be a buddy system where the buddies do no wrong when it is plain in sight and the people who try to do their best get overlooked or told they are doing wrong. I would be willing to talk to someone if wanted.
