I have a positive experience, the mix of giant corporation and small business feel is a great balance. sometimes that does create obstacles, but not too often.

Most everyone is positive and kind. We are able to work as a team and still have fun together doing so.

The insurance, retirement plan and supplemental options are great. I think there is some room for improvement on bonus' and wages, mainly due to the area we live in. cost of living is much higher than most places.
