within the last 2 years the job has become too cooperate, there is too much micromanaging, and I feel like the company is going downhill. i have seen a lot of turnovers in the last few years

there are a handful of people here who don't just out for themselves. those handful of people help the team overall they go above and beyond and deserve a little recognition

it really needs to start with the leadership team and upper management. Employees need better recognition, there needs to be less micromanagement, and the way management engages with employees needs to improve

I feel like I'm only valued when they need me and sometimes, they ask you to do too much. I feel like I'm just the fill in. I feel like they discriminate against gender here. If there was better recognition and a little bit higher pay the job might be worth considering
