
The leadership need to be more transparent and truthful. At company-wide meetings, they make it sound like everyone is just DYING to go back to an office. However, every single meeting where regular employees interact, they all say they don't want to return to in-person office.
For the same role with the exact same deliverables, I'm paid 75% less than others. I have more experience and actually, much more responsibility. Even offered to uproot my family and move if that's what it took, and still there's no explanation for why my salary is lower and what they plan to do.
