The overall culture is very comfortable. The values and company policies are employee friendly. In addition to this there is a culture of respect and equality.

The work environment and the easy work set up makes me happy. Also, meeting my team mates and enjoying while work is another reason for being happy at work.

The best part is the culture that the leadership team sets in. The respect for each employee that the team posses and the open culture we have. The leadership team being approachable is another plus.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Its not being undervalued, as it is more of being underutilized. Lack of apt roles in the entire hierarcy is what creates a gap. If the company introduces few dynamic roles and pays for those roles as per market standards, the problem would solve. It would bring in more of work and pay satisfaction.
