I think Chegg has a good working culture which is the foundation for any success. We have problems but I feel we are trying to address them rather than ignoring them. It's a good place to work overall.

Overall I think Chegg is a decent company to work for, they treat people well and fairly, have good benefits and they make pretty good tools for students. 2 students stopped me in the grocery store and said 'Thank you' after seeing the Chegg logo on my jacket. So there you have it.

Everyone works as a team, we back each other up, there are no stupid questions and we succeed and fail as a team.

open, honest and down to earth. I think Dan really is great at his job and we're lucky to have him. Seriously, a lot of CEO give the impression of living on a different planet, while Dan largely gets it.

The previous question isn't really a Yes or No question, lol. I don't think 'excited' is a good option to give people, I feel grateful to have good coworkers and a good work environment. What makes me happy is having good people to have good discussions with that lead to well thought out actions.
