My experience at Chegg is awesome most of the times. Since few years, the company is providing all possible support to all the employees. The work at Chegg is a kind of rapid fire. The goals are dynamic and challenging. But, I feel managers are given most priority than the low level employees.

we are all hard workers and we work according to the company and department goals. Some of us work more than the expecting hours whenever needed. This is the best part about my team.

all of my compensation package is best part, but I really did'nt like the partiality in the assured company stocks. This is because, there is no comparison between an sme stock value and a manager stock value (sme stock*10=manager stock). I feel this is injustice.

I don't like the leadership team much. Because, they are not interested in the in house employee promotions towards leads or managers, rather they are trying hire those people from outside, which most of the Chegg employees including me don't like. In addition, promotions are not transparent.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
People at Chegg respects the company's culture and the work environment is good here. The only thing I really don't like in chegg is that, if an SME calls a manager (some not all) with his name not followed by sir, then he take it as a negative point for the SME.
