
I like the people I work with personally.
Communication. Not every manager adheres to the same rules.
Working with the coworkers I know will work hard and support other team members.
As team members we're trained to do things a certain way. I'm sure the same goes for managers. I just wish everyone followed the same guidelines consistently at all times.
My coworkers are lazy and complain about doing certain aspects of their jobs that are in their job description. My management team rarely does anything to rectify these problems and the coworkers that do do a great job have to overcompensate for the weak ones affecting their tips as servers.
I have been with the company for eight years. I have been trained as a server, host, togo, QA, and JC39. I have also done dish and prep shifts. I am also the acting Trainer Captain and have been Hope Captain for six of my eight years here. I am also the acting admin. I don't even make 10/hr.
