Understanding realistic expectations for the in-restaurant teams and field leadership (ie: DML entrees per 10 minutes, number of rollouts simultaneously). Working shoulder to shoulder with the restaurant teams to really undertake the struggles.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Currently make $23 as an Apprentice, directly outside of a FWW patch. Apprentices and team members in that FWW patch are paid considerably higher than me and my crew, which also makes it hard overall to recruit great talent and retain them. Especially when they could be paid higher 10 minutes away.
