Stressful, there are good days but they seem to be out numbered by the bad. Training was spotty at best, the expectations are to be perfect but when trained bad habits it makes things difficult. The company presents itself very well, but struggles to live up to its media provided image.

Leading with integrity, too many times has extra work or long hours just become the expectation, hiring people without properly onboarding them and paying them for the training and just waiting on the system to catch up is poor practice.

The anxiety caused by not knowing what you are going to be walking into today, or the constant contact with work even when you are supposed to have an off day, there is no disconnect and it is mentally straining and exhausting
