I love Chipotle.I do feel like the ELT handicaps our department by limiting advancement opportunities. I'd love to stay with Chipotle for the duration of my career, but this is a two-way street and I don't feel that my efforts and time are being reciprocated appropriately.

The company was great when I started in 2013 but has clearly shifted to profits over people mentality. The ELC clearly has blinders on when it comes to ops being able to realistically execute their expectations of a restaurant performing 100% of the standards with the labor they allocate to teams.

Open to ideas and innovation, very like-minded and forward-thinking. Everyone buys into the culture of what we are doing and our team is diverse and amazing.

Being able to learn new things and being challenged by my manager to perform well. I really enjoy making sure we are supporting both our guests and restaurants on a daily basis.

My leadership team is very thorough and provides excellent feedback and training specific to my department. I enjoy knowing I can approach my manager with new thoughts and innovative ideas to help build our team.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I perform many tasks outside of the real of my job description. I train new hires that are paid within a stone's throw of my pay and based on my tenure I feel like I deserve a substantial bump in pay. Approving off-cycle raises need to happen, and the ELT needs to recognize indvidual performances.
