I came into an entry level position, worked hard to show my capabilities, and was able to promote into a more challenging and fulfilling position. The culture and environment are great, even despite the challenges of COVID and working from home. We haven't really missed a beat.

There are so many great things- benefits offered that I've never received from large (or small) companies I've worked for prior. The medical, dental, and vision coverage is great. The options for ESPP are amazing.
