Overall, I think it's going well. I would like to see a bit more granularity in this survey. Not all answers are as "black&white" as this survey suggests.

It would be nice if the all hands meetings had Q&A time. There seems to be a trend where people are fired very quickly without reason. This has a pretty heavy impact on the teams trust of leadership.

The benefits are in alignment with the industry. In particular, the added $50 for health, etc is terrific, and not common among tech companies in our sector.

Everyone is motivated and wants to build this company into a giant, and help the planet at the same time. This is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help and train, all of this has been a very positive sign.
