What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team gives back to the community. The execs are inspiring and seem to be concise and clear when communicating during our All Hands team meetings monthly

Visiting us, which is a big thing as we are multiple hours flight away. And then talk with us about various company related topics, and it feels like a discussion and not a lecture.

I appreciate the leadership team's transparency in decisions. They put great effort into clearly communicating them, explaining the 'why' and benefits for the company and team. Team recommendations are also heard and evaluated fairly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting their employees and actually asking if forced 5 day a week work in any way improves out productivity or is just a waste of time that will hurt our overall mission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hybrid schedule is what make the 50th percentile pay reasonable. A great mission only makes up for so much inconvenience and lack of trust that a 5-day in office shows.

I feel undervalued because my current compensation doesn't align with the scope and responsibilities of my role. A better match between my compensation and my job responsibilities would significantly improve my motivation and overall delivery.

How we have a "swarm mentality" mindset; at any given issue, multiple team personnel will jump in to help out and get a resolution
