no career path, manager doesn't seem to care to know my skill set and knowledge. very micro-managed. informations are heavily controlled, including team collaboration, needs to have their approval. manager is focused on getting tasks done rather than developing people to complete those tasks.

They are too worried about degrees, people are advancing with photography degrees while those of us with real experience sit by and watch. They don't listen. They play favorites. My manager doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't manage the team. She is a puppet for another team member.

Most of the people here are awesome. One teammate is too worried about what everyone else is doing and tries to control everything even though she is not the manager. The manager does whatever she says. Our manager does not manage at all. She goes to every expo, even though she doesn't need to.
