I think we're very collaborative and able to recognize each other's strengths. Almost everything I do feels like a very team-oriented project. We're always communicating, always doing what is best for the business. Able to put egos aside.

I believe our founders are brilliant people who have created a really amazing product, and the company values align with my own. I do think they have hired the right people to lead alongside them, people who create a great company culture.

I like the job I do, but I also look forward to learning from those around me. I love the office space, and after being remote for 4 years, I didn't realize how much that would lend itself to my productivity. Free lunch and snacks don't hurt either.

We all believe in what we're doing as a company, in what Crusoe stands for, which is environmental efficiency and disrupting the energy space. I think we all want to succeed. I also think we're growing so fast, and we're trying to do everything we can to mitigate challenges that arise.
