How's the work life balance at CVENT?

Severely understaffed but there is not an expectation to take work home or stay outside of standard hours.
I work between 42-45 hours any given week. Work hard play hard mentality at HQ

Overall process flow updates amd database cleaning.
Design roadmap is currently dictated by Product Management. This needs to change.

What skills do you need to be successful in the Customer Support department at CVENT?
As a former Client Success Consultant for Inquisium amd event solutions you must be able to handle multiple client calls each day. Manage your calendar well and have excellent attention to detail when logging notes and outcomes in Salesforce.

It's growing very fast and people with real talent are not being recognized

The job description was completely blown up and didn't match my expectations after joining

The leadership team is amazing and supportive.

Educated, respectful, "cool" and open. Your input matters have info to back it up. It's a responsible "laid back". The management makes you comfortable, spoils the folks, but expects you to put your back into your work.

Many extremely smart marketing folks that are helping Cvent push ahead.
How does CVENT make decisions around promotions?
It more earned than I've seen in other companies. You need to prove yourself and worth.

Yes, but you typically need tenure working at HQ.

401K matching to an extent, $0 cost for full health care coverage without a dependent, the cost goes up quickly when adding a partner/family. Sick days, healthy vacation plan, summer hours, the office is near great food choices, building and office parties.

Even though I got a big raise this year, I'm still at the lower end of a bell curve for market rate for my position
