Did the work of 4 people because most employees were on their phones and managers didn't care if they worked or not.

I tried to do all the work in 3-4 departments while the employees responsible for those departments chatted with friends

Get employees off their cell phones and hold them responsible for things that are done incorrectly

Full time employees who have worked for ten years should NOT be working 25 hours a week.

Develope better work ethics and standards. Managers need to discipline employees for not doing a good job.

Stop firing the good workers for trying to get the managers and corporate to do their jobs correctly.

Managers only hired ditzy cute girls instead of knowledgable people. The dress code is VERY inappropriate for the ladies.

Following the rules like no cell phones on the sales floor. Following up with employees to make sure they are following company standards.

I'm positive that new employees that do less work are getting 40 hours a week and others who have worked for many years get 25-30 hours.

Scheduling NEEDS to be FAIR!!!! As a full time employee it is NOT fair for me to work 25 hours while others are texting on their phones and working 38 hours.

They need to do the jobs that need to be done instead of texting and leaving it for someone else to do. I clean up more employee messes than I do customer's.

They need to get off their phones and be fired for not working when on their phones. I should not have to do others work when they are standing around texting their friends.

Employees need to do the job correctly the first time. Others have to come back to correct mistakes. Managers have trouble understanding this wastes time and money and will not train employees how to do it correctly.

Hold the people who do not do the work responsible and discipline them. Stop promoting people who do nothing but text on their phones all day. Managers can not prioritize the important things need to be done first.

When I bring up problems to a manager over and over again and nothing is done to improve the situation. Managers are NOT holding employees accountable for their mistakes and not checking to be sure jobs are done.

I have to clean up and correct mistakes that other employees make. Company will not correct simple things to help improve the customer service even though I have come up with several solutions. Managers will not go to employees and tell them they did something wrong then show them the correct way.
