At DriveTime, there is a no-door policy which means the leadership team sits on the floor with the rest of us. Something that emanated from this policy was the company/leadership's drive to be transparent in everything we do.

My team works well together. We take daily breaks to walk and hear about each other's lives. We take time away from our computers to get lunch with each other and have special days to promote treats at the office!

The leadership is all about transparency: where we are at and where the company is heading. They provide quarterly updates on new initiatives and current struggles. Additionally, my direct leadership takes an interest in the team as a whole as well as the individuals.

We are a close team that can actively rely on each other to assist. Being part of the Employee Engagement team, we often have to assist with events taking place across the different segments of our business. Being close helps assist in our endeavors.

As long as an employee completes an examination and a self-assessment, we retain a "wellness rate". Regardless of the information that comes from the two criteria, you're covered. With the wellness rate, the price of our benefits remain really low and allow us to take control.

There is something for everyone! Inclusivity is top of the list when it comes to highlighting people through our videos and blogs, as well as promoting materials for everyone to gain a better understanding of everyone's culture individually. Which helps foster a better culture for the company.

Interacting with my team. It's been hard in the past to get to work and spend eight hours of my day there, but since I moved to DriveTime it has made a world of difference. I look forward to coming into the office and seeing my coworkers and getting things done!

We interact with one another in such a way that lifts each other up. Weekly meetings allow us to ask what we need from each team member and prepare us for the rest of the week. Additionally, they are extremely talented at what they do and help me strive to better myself each and every day.
