For years i put this role on a pedestal, and now that i get to see it first hand, it has exceeded my expectations. The experience here is amazing. If it was possible id clone all the managers and spread them out to all the other major companies. Love em all.

This company does not feel like a large company. The vibe here feels more along the lines of a small office where the boss is the company owner. The company cares and you can feel it. I no longer feel like i'm just a number. In my experience, this is the best company to work for.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and most important of all, approachable.

Everyone is eager to help each other grow as an employee. No matter who you reach out to for assistance, you will always get/find what your looking for.

The open door policy is amazing here. You are free to speak to any manager, in any department about any issue. Management always welcomes our concerns with open arms.

There is not a "MOST" positive, its all positive. Work pace is fast so time fly by, don't even feel it. We work fast but somehow find time to make each other laugh and smile while doing it.

I fell into this job by chance, i truly got lucky. I did look at other companies with my same job role and no one pays more then SR, so i cannot complain there. We are also given benefits, some at no charge to us.

We work in a fast pace enviroment, there is not much time between task, however leadership will always find time for the team to spend some time together. Sometimes its due to meetings, sometimes its just to talk or play a game together as a group.

Honestly this is a job i never thought i would be able to get into. This was the job I could see on a daily basis and wanted to be there. I have been here for a almost a year now and the excitement is still there.

Management is extremely helpful. We are able to go to any manager and ask any question that is on our mind. The last time i had a connection to leadership this strong was working for a small mom and pop where the owners ran their company on the daily.

I get to actually help other people, and not just for monetary gain. We do not work about that, all we want is to make your day better then it was before a customer called in. Here at Silver Rock, we WANT to help employees and customers.

My team is about 20+ strong. If i ask a question i may have 5 people that answer within a few minutes. If my question requires a higher up, I will get a reply from them within a few minutes as well. Everyone helps each other without hesitation.

Everyone here seems to feel the same about what a work place should be. We should work hard while having a little fun here and there. Silver Rock gets it. People are People, not robots. Also, everyone is eager to help each other, the way it should be.

I'm a new hire so I haven't met everyone yet, or if i did, i do not recall all they're names. However, everyone I've met so far is very nice. I'm astonished that a company would care so much about its staff. SilverRock is hands down the best place to work.
