My direct manager and those that I work with make the days so enjoyable and filled with laughter! I also feel like I am given the opportunity to bring my ideas to life to improve the success of the programs I work with.

My leader. She is someone I look up to so much. She always makes time for everyone on the team regardless of what her day looks like. She will call you afterhours if needed and just makes everyone feel so valued for what we bring to the table.

There are several, the subsidized medical costs that come out of your paycheck weekly. The consistency they have with making sure health is at the forefront of out mind & we have several additional benefits such a surgery plus which is helping me get a surgery I could not afford on my own.

The people. While I love what I do and feel like I make a direct impact in the organization, the people here are unmatched. The culture is unmatched. You can feel the dedication, hard work and passion that goes into making this company culture the best one I have yet to experience in a corp setting.
