Their open minded, willingness and honesty to assist me a new hire. The working environment at Bridgecrest is outstanding. Being a new hire for 6 weeks the motivation and appreciation is very much appreciated

The new hire group that I was part of consisted of 20 individual. We all have different personalities, strengths and weakness. We all managed to get along and bond. That is very rare to have 20 people that bond together. Once we disbanded into are individual teams we still remain close.
