having an efficient team that can count on each other, the values and having management that cares about their employees.

I didn't go through the normal interview process when I got hired so I do not think I should even answer this

it use to be positive, but it no longer is. I think following that values makes a huge impact on the positivity of the company

improvement is greatly needed. There are no effective trainers in store. What the company needs to do is create a trainer position which pays more than a regular sales associate and more than the new people, so you can have quality training for new employees.
