Sustanability and Average Customer Service level , since I was previous employee of high end brand like Lacoste, Fred Perry and Florshiem which I consider we give our 100 percent customer service to our clients and customer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers. Pay. Technology. Security/loss prevention.
I dont even know where to start. The culture is fake, nobody is truly happy and we get told how "lucky we are," to be working for such an "amazing company." Until you establish genuine trust amongst the leaders in the business, its everyone out for themselves and its terrible.

People need to know there’s room for growth. But we haven’t had a promotion in 3 years. Everyone else at other stores are getting promoted, ours is the only one that’s not.
