What do you like best about the leadership team?the leadership team is very unclear in their expectations and it's constantly changing direction. The compensation barrier and european way of thinking is causing the lack of competence in the US.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?the corporate staff including sr management is often uninformed and unprepared to conduct meetings. The meetings have no clear agendas and are often to rehash things that had been discussed prior and have no resolution. Most meetings truly could be email.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Call back within a reasonable time frame, not drag it out for weeks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managers. Pay. Technology. Security/loss prevention.
