The thing wrong with H&M is
Stop putting too much pressure on the staff.
Zero customer service at most H&M stores. The customer is often looked at as an "annoyance," by the store staffs
training fairness not bias poor
Pay more for the work the employees produce!! Stop scheduling closers to come in at 6am when it takes some mire than an hr to commute
