What did you like most about the interview process?

I love the interview and i love everything.

Quick and decisive. Plenty of opportunity to ask about learning and growth and leadership within the role you are applying.

Original manager was really approachable and made me feel welcome, so I opened up and gained confidence.

That it was interactive with the floor and allowed me to meet potential coworkers

Relaxing interviewer and casual atmosphere. Knowing H&M's culture of We Believe In People also made it comforting and thus lighten the stress and i could be myself.

They never asked for my certificate and my age

I didn't go through the normal interview process when I got hired so I do not think I should even answer this

Process was multiple months long and 5 interviews plus an assessment

The management made it clear how awesome the benefits were!
