What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team do their best to encourage people to own their work. It feels like you can really make a difference here. And for the most of the time they are showcasing and living our values.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get .50 cent bonuses every year and we has dental , vision and health insurance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can be yourself. It's a fun and energetic environment. We're all humans. It's a very flat structure, I can speak directly with my manager's manager.
