I have had great opportunities at IG and I am very grateful for the professional and personal growth I have seen through my work here. I just wish I had more potential for financial growth but overall love the company

it's just not enough in today's market and considering the work that I do. If Benefits and 401k were better then I would feel better about pay but that is not in the cards so we should receive stipends or additional pay as internals to offset the high benefit costs and transit since RTO
