Overall a great experience. I have moved into multiple roles while being here for the past few years. This job is hard but as long as you follow the process, trust in your leadership and work hard day in and day out, you will see the success that you are wanting to see. Proud to work for IG.

How supportive we are of one another. We celebrate everyones victories and we get into the trenches with our people to get them out of their low points. We get through every part of the job together
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Being in the direct placement division, sometimes compensation gets tough because of how our commission gets paid out-- only when our client pays IG. This is out of an account manager's control majority of the time so it's hard being penalized on getting paid because of external matters.

They are so invested with their people across the company. They want to see everyone succeed and not only are they your biggest fans, they also get into the weeds with us, help determine solutions to problems to make sure we all see that success. They make sure everyone feels like they matter.

We make people feel like they are all apart of our family-- whether it is your first day on the job or if you've been here for 15 years. If you join our family, we will make sure to take care of you. It's easy to become invested into a company that supports you the way that we do.
